Guarantee Policy: A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in very late (after 6:00 pm). All reservations made at this hotel must be guaranteed to a credit card, or a deposit is needed for the first night’s stay. (We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received by 2PM the day prior to your arrival date.
If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge for one night’s accommodation.

Late Cancellation: In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made to you.

DO NOT E-MAIL NOTICE TO US. E-mail cancellations are not always received and you will be responsible for your room if you do not get a cancellation number.

Check-In . . . We guarantee your room for Check-In at 2:00 pm, Monday – Saturday
(Sunday check-In is at 3:00 pm)

Check-Out . . . Check-Out is at 11:00 am

No Pets Allowed . . .

No Smoking Policy . . . The Dutch Host Inn is a smoke free facility.
Noncompliance (smoking in a non-smoking room) will result in a
$100.00 (minimum) cleaning fee, plus damages.

(Smoking is allowed outside)

Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult . . .
There is an additional charge of 10.00 per person plus tax for children 13 and older
