A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in very late (after 6:00 pm) All reservations made at this motel must be guaranteed with a credit card, or a deposit is needed for the first night’s stay. (We accept Visa, Master Card or Discover)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for a motel room reservation are subject to a 24-hour cancellation notice on any of our standard rooms, and 72 hours on any of the Jacuzzi rooms and the 2-bedroom suite. This means to avoid being charged, you must cancel (by 2:00 pm) 24 hours prior to the check-In time of your scheduled arrival date, on any of the standard rooms (king rooms, queen rooms, or double rooms) and (by 2:00 pm) 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for any of the Jacuzzi rooms or the two bedroom suite.
NOTE: Please add (24 hours) to the cancellation deadline, for any Monday room reservations as the motel office is closed on Sundays.
Also, please call the motel for the cancellation deadline, if you have reservations for 2 or more rooms.
If a cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge the room total, for each night past the cancellation deadline.
Late Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made to you.
Do Not E-Mail a Cancellation Notice to Us.
E-mail cancellations are not always received and you will be responsible for your room if you do not get a cancellation number.

Sunday Reservations:
The office at the Dutch Host Inn is closed on Sundays, and we do not offer a continental breakfast on Sunday mornings. However, guests can make reservations to stay at the Inn on Sundays.

Check-In:
We guarantee your room for Check-In at 2:00 pm, Monday – Saturday.

No Smoking Policy:
The Dutch Host Inn is a 100% smoke free Inn. Those who ignore this policy may receive a $150.00 (minimum) cleaning fee.
Children:
Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. An additional charge of $10.00 per child plus tax for children 13 and older.
General Hotel Policy:
All prices are per night. An additional charge of $10.00 per adult will be added if more than
2 adults share a room. Prices subject to change without notice.
